Banneton Baker's Kit "Fermento"
Our “Fermento” Baker's Kit for all home bakers out there.
The kit includes:
• 1 Wicker Banneton 800gr (you can choose either a round or an oval banneton)
• 1 linen bread bag with an original design by Mariamélia, made of linen/cotton blend fabric and organic cotton ribbons (35 x 34 x 10 cm)
• 1 wooden sieve with a fine mesh (Ø19 cm / Ø 7.5")
All items are handmade in Portugal.
Heavy-duty wicker proving basket, linen-lined. Lining fabric is pure linen fabric, with elastic. Capacity up to 800 gr of dough. All materials are sourced locally in Portugal and every item is carefully handmade in small-scale batches.

round: Ø 20 x 9 cm
oval: 22 x 13 x 7 cm aprox.

The basket is handmade by Rosa Oliveira, in Braga. Lining is sew by Fernanda Almeida, in Matosinhos, Porto.
