Wooden sieve with a fine mesh, intended for sieving wholegrain flour. Handmade in Portugal. Made from pine wood and a thin plastic mesh. It can last for many years with proper care.

Care
Usually, brushing your sieve after each use is enough to keep it clean. If you need to wash it, use lukewarm water and never submerge it. Pat it dry on a kitchen towel and let it dry very well before storing in a clean, dry place.
Artisans
These sieves are handmade locally by several artisans in the north region of Portugal. These were made in Barcelos.
